UCIBN Education and Training Division was formed in 2005 and has become one of the major training and business service providers in China’s overseas training market. Our team is composed of experienced, bilingual, and bicultural business professionals with advanced education background in both China and the United States. We have partnered with many professional training companies, education institutes, and professors from Harvard, MIT, Yale, West Point, Wharton, etc. to deliver high quality training programs to our Chinese customers. In China, we have built a strong marketing and sales network with top universities, major training companies, business travel agencies, and many direct clients. With our professionalism, dedication, quality-focused attitude, we have been successfully serving more than 20 study tour groups and over 1000 business professionals coming from China each year.
In 2010, we started to invite our U.S. training partners to visit China and serve a much broader customer base there. On January 22, 2011, the first training workshop of our West Point Leadership Master China Tour program was held in Guangzhou and has been a remarkable success. More than 600 attendees were drawn to this event as a result of our effective marketing efforts. According to the feedback we collected after the event, many attendees found the training was inspirational yet practical and would like to attend our future educational events. Many training companies also approached us to discuss collaboration in this sphere. In response to this high demand, we have been working with our partners to develop more training programs for China’s market.
Besides training, our integrated marketing strategy for China’s market also includes conference speech, business consulting, and book publishing. We will select the U.S. training partners who have been closely working with us in the U.S. and introduce them to the massive China market through our own channels and our partners’ networks.
